Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping

https://ccuu.shop offers free standard shipping on all orders. All other orders are shipped via USPS. We also offer expedited shipping, the cost will be calculated by UPS at checkout based on package weight and destination.

We ship from third-party fulfillment centers in the United States, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, etc. Orders placed Monday through Thursday are typically shipped the next day. Orders placed on Fridays and weekends are shipped the next business day. Please note that during high-volume sales (e.g. Black Friday, Labor Day, Flash Sales, etc.), orders may take slightly longer (up to 4 business days) to ship. Thank you for your patience.

Expedited Orders

All expedited shipping orders must be placed by 12pm EST in order to be shipped the same business day. Otherwise, the package will be shipped the next business day.

Track My Shipment

Once you place your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email outlining the items purchased and the shipping address. Please check this email and make sure all the information is correct. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please monitor your tracking number for real-time updates on shipments.

Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase online. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns/exchanges with a flat restocking fee of $2.95 deducted from your refund amount for each return. https://ccuu.shop gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise purchased online. All items must be in original condition with tags attached. All returned items are subject to inspection. Items returned within 30 days of original purchase may be exchanged or fully refunded. If items are returned within 60 days, the order is eligible for store credit only.

Returns

For returns, please go to https://ccuu.shop and enter the email you used when you placed your order. From there, you will be able to see all of your items and select the ones you wish to return. Once submitted and approved, you will receive a prepaid return label/instructions via email. We charge a flat restocking fee of $2.95 for each return initiated. This amount will be deducted from your refund. This is per return initiated, not per item. For example, if you return 5 items in one order, you will only be charged a restocking fee of $2.95.

Exchanges

For exchanges, go to https://ccuu.shop and enter the email you used when you placed your order. From there, you will be able to see all of your items and select the ones you wish to return. Click the "Return" button and the next step will ask if any items need to be exchanged and have a text box to write out the request. Once submitted and approved, you will receive a prepaid return label/instructions via email.

Gift Returns/Exchanges

In order to process a return/exchange, we need to find the original online order in our system. We need more information, such as the original purchaser's name, email, or order number.
